Vicky Sobschak, BA, MPH, CPHQ, brings to MCS 20 years of managed care senior leadership and quality operations experience to assist clients in achieving National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation and maintaining compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Advantage regulations and state managed care requirements.

Vicky’s proven track record of success and results encompasses an extensive background in the following:
• Recognized leadership abilities in strategic planning and operational improvement, including performance metric configuration, implementation and monitoring approaches.
• Business development and network expansion to develop and establish quality operations in government sponsored managed care programs in new markets and acquisitions including work force development, orientation/training, resource allocation and interim management services.
• Conducting gap analyses, deploying best practices, and providing audit readiness services for quality operations, disease management, case management and Medicare Advantage Model of Care.
• Planning and implementation of Medicaid and Medicare Advantage programs such as Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans and Medicare-Medicaid Plan quality requirements, quality withholds and quality measures.

As a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and an NCQA surveyor, Vicky is a proven leader in successful preparation of managed care audits, reviews and surveys, in addition to start-ups and program implementation.
